DELIVERY OPTIONS

We do rely on a third party supplier who will be responsible for shipping your products.

Our London Weekend Delivery Fees are £3.00 per lobster. We aim to deliver by 1pm.

Our Anytime Mainland Delivery Fee is £9.95. It is always booked in for the pre 10am delivery slot.

We occasionally run free delivery slots when lobster are plentiful in the summer.

All times and dates given for delivery of products are in good faith but are estimates only.

DELIVERY ADVICE

We always advise that someone is present to accept your delivery.

We can leave your delivery in a safe place (preferably out of sight and out of the sun) but we will not be held responsible if anything happens to your delivery.

When you place your order with us, please add any instructions for the driver to the notes section of the order page.

LONDON WEEKEND DELIVERIES

Our London Weekend deliveries travel in our reusable boxes to London, where they are collected by us, or our designated drivers early in the morning.

We drive them around London ourselves to your door and aim to get there before 1pm.

You should receive a text from us the day before giving you an approximate time window.

You will receive a second text on the delivery day when your driver is approximately 15mins away.

Heavy traffic can delay us

Due to the perishable nature of the delivery items, if we are unable to get hold of you and there are no delivery instructions provided, we will either deliver to a neighbour; or drive on and you will have to collect from us in Hackney.

Nearly all our deliveries make it on time, but occasionally there are errors in packing or delivering the correct lobsters. We aim to resolve all mistakes as soon as possible and may offer you a different number of smaller lobsters to make up the full weight you have paid for.

ANYTIME MAINLAND DELIVERIES

Our Anytime Mainland deliveries are packed by Sion in Wales and are couriered by our transport partner APC to your door.

You should receive an email from them the day before indicating a time slot.

We book all our lobster deliveries onto a Before 10 am Delivery slot.

The vast majority make it by this time, we apologise a small number do not.

Please call us if your lobsters have not arrived by 10 am. We can call the courier company and get an estimated arrival time direct from the driver.

If you are not in, the courier has instructions not to return the lobsters to the depot. They will be left on your doorstep. We cannot take any responsibility for them after this point.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY DELIVERY IS DELAYED

If your delivery is delayed for any reason, we will you know as soon as possible and advise of a revised estimated time.
